Our experienced events team takes care of every detail so that you and your guests can enjoy a carefree celebration. We will provide a beautifully set table in the ANDERS restaurant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the initial welcome to the final dessert, we ensure the day is truly memorable.
Our culinary team will delight you with a varied buffet that appeals to both children and adults. From tasty snacks to delicious desserts, we offer a diverse selection of dishes to suit every guest’s taste.
In addition, we can organize activities and games for our younger guests to ensure they have a fun-filled experience.

Come to our experience restaurant to taste the amazing variety of dishes created with herbs.

Asparagus season runs from April/May until “Asparagus New Year’s Eve” on June 24th.
Strawberry Season Starts Mid-May

BBQ Kick-off – Open-air grilling enjoyment.
As soon as the days grow longer and the first warm rays of sunshine bathe our terrace in golden light, we kick off the barbecue season. Look forward to a true taste of the heath straight from the grill: we serve up juicy steaks from regional beef, flavorful grilled specialties, and a colorful array of vegetarian delicacies—all enhanced with herbs from our own garden. Accompanied by crisp, fresh salads and homemade dips, you can enjoy the authentic flavors of summer in a relaxed, open-air setting. We look forward to ushering in the barbecue season outdoors with you.

Fresh Matjes Served Up
Discover a taste of the sea: Matjes—a true oceanic delicacy! Tender, mildly salty herring fillets, carefully matured and of the highest quality. Immerse yourself in the world of Matjes and delight in its diverse flavor nuances.

Berry-tastic and “ANDERS”! Blueberry Fever in the Heath
Blueberries are the little superheroes of the Heath—plump, juicy, and bursting with summer joy. At the ANDERS Hotel Walsrode, we are celebrating the blueberry in all its forms: fresh from Bockhorn, straight to your plate or into your glass. If you love the fruity power of these blue berries, you’re sure to be tempted by our new creations!

The Sparkling Christmas House
From November 21 to December 22, 2025, the ANDERS once again
transforms into the festive “Glitzerlitzer” (Sparkling) Christmas House in Walsrode. We will spoil you with a wonderfully atmospheric setting featuring hot apple punch by the fire pits, seasonal treats, and festive menus. Should the journey home be a bit long or the night turn into a late one, you can stay right across the street at the ANDERS Hotel and enjoy our lavish breakfast buffet the next morning. We look forward to hosting an unforgettable Christmas celebration for you and your guests!
