The hotel is situated on the edge of a commercial park. This ensures a hassle-free arrival for guests, short distances, and ample parking. At the same time, the Lüneburg Heath—with its wealth of leisure activities—is right nearby, as are popular destinations such as Heide Park Soltau.

The public areas of the ANDERS Hotel are designed to be largely accessible. Most areas—including the restaurant and reception—are accessible at ground level.
An accessible room is available on the ground floor, featuring amenities such as a ramp-accessible shower and grab rails. However, this room is only suitable for wheelchair users to a limited extent. At the ANDERS Hotel, the rooms are generally similar in size, measuring approximately 22 m². There are currently no classic "large" rooms offering significantly more floor space.
